Bella Poarch's birth Filipino parents welcomed Bella in the Philippines on the 9th of February 1997. Her grandmother lived in the areas of slums for three years until she turned 3 years old. She was then adopted. The father of her adoptive family is white American with a military background, while her adoptive mother is Filipino.
