Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing husband JP at Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky dad. My followers are mostly on my Instagram page, @annephung. Here I tell my life story. The highs, the lows and everything in-between. My family moved to America. When I was of one quarter I was accepted into my parents. So that they could give their children the chance to have a prosperous future, I focused on my goals and worked hard to achieve it. It was my plan to attend school to graduate, and then get an excellent job. After that, I was looking for to have a family and a wife. My goal was to go to college after graduation, and then find a corporate job. After that, I'd marry then buy a house, and have kids. Life had other ideas. In 2013 I found myself looking forward to going back to work. job the money and status didn't bring me happinessand I was feeling that I was throwing my time for a paycheck even though I knew I was destined for something more. I possessed a love of fitness and getting out and about with friends. as I navigated towards my new career path. I discovered my passion for personal training. My small business was started in 2014 and I'll be celebrating seven years of growth in 2021. In the field of coaching, there are not many Asian females. As an instructor, my aim is to motivate others and empower them to live a healthy and fulfilled life through creating healthy and sustainable living styles that meet the individual's goals and needs. My goal is for me to help others chase their desires and lead the lives they've always dreamed of. As my career began to take off, I experienced the greatest loss of my entire life to datethat of losing my mother. In Heaven she rests now after an 8-year battle against the disease known as Scleroderma. However, I carry her with me and think of her daily. It is amazing how life gives us exactly the instruction we require, even when we don't realize that it is there. My mother's unexpected death that shaped me for good. It was a true blessing. that it provided me with a chance to experience the next stage of my life. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. She had her chance to begin her new life as I was given the chance to lead an enjoyable and satisfying life. When I reach my 30's, I feel more alive than ever. It is true that I am living my life now, instead of merely living just like I did before. I am sharing my experiences and experiences with you, hoping that you'll be able to connect with my stories and thoughts so that you can be aware that you're not alone, for you to realize that you're more than capable of whatever you set your mind to that true love exists that therapy is normal and needed as health is the best source of wealth. Because death is all there is in this world I wish you a great time in your life and die with no regrets.
